Neo Domino City was awash with city lights that night, as always. The enormous ring symbolizing the bond between the split parts of the city gleamed in the water. The spotlights from the current KaibaCorp building in its new location were on, waving and beckoning to everyone that even in the future and after the horror that was Zero Reverse, KaibaCorp was still on top.

Radley was in the process of closing a deal with KaibaCorp over dyne production for Duel Runner motorcycles. The meetings were going well and he was feeling good about the prospects. He headed outside and got on his motorcycle to head for a store. He should stock up on a few things before heading back home.

CURRENT CANON POINT: Post-episode 92 (end of Crash Town arc)
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: 6'2", lean, with shoulder-length black hair and green eyes. He has age lines under his eyes and by the sides of his mouth from extreme stress over the last several years. He is very handsome. He loves wearing black leather and silver jewelry. He has a pendant as well as one small hoop earring in his left ear.
DEMEANOR: Calm, cool, and collected until pushed to his breaking point.
ABILITIES: No superpowers or anything like that. He's a regular human. He has good business skills, communication skills, is familiar with mining and cooking, and has some knowledge of building homes.
MEDICAL INFORMATION: Serious grape allergy. He can't eat or drink anything with grapes or made from grapes or he'll go into anaphylactic shock.
OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS: Radley doesn't want to be pranked or hear about animal abuse or talking lightly about torture and death. Radley may talk seriously about torture and death, as he was a victim, but he won't be likely to volunteer it randomly.
OTHER: He likes to say very quirky, silly things like "itty-bitty" and "ooky-spooky."

MENTAL: Mind-reading, maybe, but mental coercion, no, not unless discussed first.
MIMICRY: He hates it. His style is easy enough to capture, but it might be harder to grasp some of the eccentricities of his speech pattern.
VIOLENCE: Radley will mostly dodge and duck, but if forced to retaliate, he will likely use some form of judo. He's good at it.
MAGIC: Please ask first and tell exactly what you would want to do to him. The answer will probably be No, but you won't know unless you ask!
DEBATE: Maybe. Depends on the topic. He's happy to have a serious conversation, but doesn't like arguing, and mun doesn't like it either.

Mun also does not want anything to do with topics of decapitation in any way, shape, or form. If doing PSLs, please don't do anything weird to my character without discussing first.

Warnings: Radley will always be portrayed as a good person, which may be offensive to some people who know 5Ds if they're not willing to consider the possibility that maybe things in Crash Town aren't so cut-and-dry. The mun has canon-based reasons why she feels Radley could be good and she isn't just writing him that way randomly.

Radley being a nice guy doesn't mean he won't make mistakes. He definitely will, especially because his mun is a socially awkward dunce. But please forgive him and allow him the chance to try to make it right. Radley is friendly and he wants to make friends with people, and if there's some kind of misunderstanding between him and someone else, he wants to resolve it. He will, however, back off if he senses hostility from mun or muse. Radley's mun is tired and doesn't generally want negative CR.
